| This D4E caterpillar swamp dozer has been a very useful tool on the farm. (Arrange No. 3Y5703)
The dozer has a hand clutch and 5 gears with 10ft tilt blade. The blade doesn’t swivel like a grader though.
It has had all new brake pads on the steering brakes and new upper track rollers.
It has wide swamp tracks which are in good condition, and also a set of rippers at the rear.
The machine has been worked in conjunction with an excavator for building airstrips in the low country. It has also towed a landplane for extra grading and earthmoving work.
It is well worth an inspection as the farm is being sold and the dozer is no longer needed.
There is no stick rake and no tree pusher with the machine.
If you are looking for a smaller type machine, which stands up in the low country, this may be worth an inspection.
It is a low slung machine and it may be possible to fit normal width tracks, so it can be used in hill country or gullies, but this would be up to the buyer.
